Our proposal for a Zero Carbon footprint resort that we have been developing with Per Aquum for our next site in Zanzibar has been published by 'The Observer'. The proposal uses only local materials and naturally available resources but with the use of the latest technological processes maintains a luxury level of comfort for the guests.
